Bending the legs in the simulator is good Men Leg Workout!
If you want to “finish” the hamstrings, without overloading the back, you can do leg curls in the simulator.
The next day, after training the leg muscles tend to walk and sit on hard surfaces is hard enough. To feet hurt not so much needed at the end of a workout to stretch the muscles at least 10-15 minutes.
